# Returns & Refund Policy

At Fomoiballet, we are dedicated to providing dancers and practitioners with original designs that offer both aesthetic elegance and professional performance. If your purchase doesn't perfectly meet your expectations, we are here to ensure a smooth return experience.

### 1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. (Note: This longer window provides our global community with more flexibility.)

### 2. Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
* **Unworn or unused, unwashed**, and free from any marks (such as makeup, deodorant, or sweat).
* With **original tags attached** and in its **original packaging** (including any designer garment bags).
* **Proof of purchase** (order confirmation email or order number) is required.

### 3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our concierge team at **fomoiballet@gmail.com**. 

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with our return shipping address and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. 

* **Please note:** Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

### 4. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at **fomoiballet@gmail.com** if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

### 5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
* **Custom products** (such as special orders, customized sizing, or personalized items).
* **Personal care goods** (such as intimate dancewear, bodysuits, or tights once opened or the hygiene liners are removed, due to strict hygiene standards).
* **Sale items** or gift cards.

### 6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

### 7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must meet the same eligibility criteria mentioned above.

### 8. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
