30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at fomoiballet@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions. (Returns sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted).

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photo evidence so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 business days. (Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account).
